Ulrike works for the German Red Cross Organization and takes care of old people. |

I am still working in the same company (Dornier , a subsidiary of the EADS) in the same position. Meanwhile I have been employed longer at Dornier than in the German Air Force (> 15 years). In 2002 I have extended my business range to include Egypt, in 2003 I may add Brazil to that! My job means a lot of travel and pressure, but that makes live interesting. Via the main menu "Reisen(Travel)" you can get some impressions of my travels. |

Daniel, being 1st Lieutenant of the German Air Force, works as
Operations Officer in Lechfeld in Communications. He is doing low level flights
with his BMW 330 TDI between Immenstaad and Lechfeld regularly. Since Dec
2001 he shares his flat with his girlfriend Isa in Immenstaad. |

Miriam is still working in Stuttgart at the
Caritas where she cares for families and young people who are in social
trouble.
She is still having stress with male (there are too many !!) |

Christian is still going to the Tübingen University studying
Philosophy. He has put his philosophical views in our German Language Site
- but I refuse to translate that because that would require that I also
spend a couple of years studying Philosophy in Tübingen ! |

Easter Vacation 2002: Skiing in Schruns, that´s always great. Spending
"apres ski" at the terrace of the "Kapellalpe" is something like a paradise
for us.

In 2002 I have been in Arabia 6 times, left you can see steersman Bernhard
enjoying a fishing trip , on the right photo you can see the famous Wind
Towers of Dubai - an ancient way of Air Conditioning.

My birthday present in 2002: A "Fully" with disk breakes - perfect for mountain
passes. The right picture shows the beautiful landscape
along the river Danube.

In May Miriam enjoyed a 4 week vacation in South Africa with her friends.

Ulrike doing a tanning session in our garden. In August we had 15 people
from the Sultanate of Oman for a business visit at my Company and of course
had to show them around. By the way, what you see in the background behind
Ulrike is a pretty good replica of the castle at Disneyland!!!

Although our Michael Schumacher won world championship already before the
Hockenheim Formula 1 we still enjoyed the race. There are enough photos of F1 cars in newspapers -
my photo gives a good impression of the Ferrari atmosphere in Hockenheim.
Our annual get together in Westerburg, my hometown. As you can see we imported
large quantities of Bavarian sausages and Beer to this part of Germany.
In August I made my first (business) trip to Egypt, unbelievable to see the pyramids in real.

August 2002: Table Tennis Tournament at Timmi´s, a wonderful
afternoon with great weather and great entertainment by Oliver´s Band
"Cute".
I have monitored the sporting activities from my seat without interfering the competition.

Vacation in Italy: 1 day at the Lake of Como.
Hard to believe: Italy is just 196 km (120 miles) from our home - we should go there more often !!

"Charlesfest Nummer 1": Our American Neighbors Margo and Oliver invited
all neighbours to a super party on the occasion of the birth of their son
Charles.
Live "on stage": Oliver´s Band "Cute". Thanks, Oliver, for this great day.

Christmas Fair in Tübingen. Christian is doing his Philosophy Studies
there since more than 2 years, he is a good tourist guide.
Just look at the pretty houses of this ancient city.
