During winter time I have been there many times, but at that season the
beaches of the North Sea are only good for beach walks in a
space
suit.
This time everything was different - summer came
with
temperatures of almost 80 F, after the work we enjoyed a
fantastic beach
vacation.
From 27 April to 2 June 2007 the Sand sculpture festival
takes place, there are a lot of creative art works to admire.
The 110 years old
Spa Hotel "Kurhaus" is also very worth visiting, you can take breakfast
in the
festival room and feel like 100 years back in time.
You will notice that I have changed the format of my picturees - I want
to set an example for those still using small photo formats for which a
magnifying class is required.
